Overview
· The applied controller has a flexible structure that allows downloading various control algorithms by company and also enables adding required sensors.
· Hardware: Provides ARM-based high-performance MCU and memory, various communication methods, and multiple I/O functions.
· Software: RTOS technology, support for standard communication protocols, and remote software (firmware) download technology using communication.
· Equipped with optimized control algorithms for various etching processes.
